AGM - 5th June
The QWCHC will be holding their Annual General Meeting on the 5th of June at the Woodford Showgrounds.
At the AGM, all positions will become vacant and must be filled in order for the club to remain viable.
If we do not have a full committee by the end of the AGM, we will risk the possibility that we will have to shut down. It would be very disappointing to see this happen as a lot of hard work has gone into keeping the club going and moving forward. We are currently running without a full committee, and unfortunately cannot continue to do this.
Click here to download the AGM election form for anyone who would like to nominate for a position.
We look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
Regards,
The QWCHC Committee
